Yes. Rentylio is free to download on Android and iOS. Tenants pay only when they use the rent payment service; owners get a free plan for one property.
Does Rentylio hold my security deposit? +
No. Your deposit stays with the owner. Rentylio records the proof, photos and confirmations so both sides have a clear record.
How does electricity billing work? +
The owner can enter the previous and current meter readings. Rentylio calculates the usage and shows it as a clear line item on the monthly bill.
